Production starts within 24hrs of when order is made. Shipping is done same day when production is completed.
Shipping is FREE for orders over $55 USD and with US addresses only, all other countries will have regular shipping rates.

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns for a full refund within 7 days of product arrival to your address, provided the items are in original condition. This is per Florida State Law.

Refund Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email (info@socacitizen.com) with your order number.
• Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable method. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, This is dependant on your bank but this is usually within 4-5 business days of receiving the item.

Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchange Process:
For exchanges, please contact us via email (info@socacitizen.com) to ensure the availability of your preferred item. Exchange request that are found to be the fault of Soca Citizen, the cost of all shipping will be paid by Soca Citizen.
